2. Scope of this policy
This Privacy Policy applies to use of the FANGO.ONE website and to contacting us through the contact details made available on the website.
Personal data processing by Amazon, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X and other external services linked from our website is governed by their own privacy policies.
3. Data processed when using the website
When you use the website, technical data may be processed automatically where necessary for proper operation, security and diagnostics, including in particular:
- IP address,
- date and time of connection,
- browser and device information,
- requested URL,
- basic technical information related to connection handling and server errors.
This data may be contained in technical server logs.
The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is to ensure the proper and secure operation of the website, diagnose errors and protect the infrastructure against misuse.
4. Contacting FANGO.ONE
If you contact us by e-mail, we process the data provided in the message, in particular your e-mail address, the content of the message and any other information you voluntarily provide.
If the message concerns entering into a contract or steps taken before entering into a contract, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
For other enquiries, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is to respond to incoming questions and conduct communications related to FANGO.ONE's activities.
If storage of specific data is required by law, Article 6(1)(c) GDPR may also apply as a legal basis.
5. Cookies and analytics tools
The current version of the FANGO.ONE website does not use analytics or advertising tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or TikTok Pixel.
We do not use our own cookies to profile users or conduct behavioural advertising.
If we introduce solutions in the future that require user consent, an appropriate consent management mechanism will be implemented before such processing begins.
6. Google Fonts
The website currently uses Google Fonts to display the Inter typeface.
When the website is opened, the user's browser may connect to Google servers to download the stylesheet and font file. In connection with such a request, the service provider may receive technical data necessary to fulfil it, in particular the IP address and technical information about the browser.
The service provider is Google. Processing by Google is governed by Google's own privacy documents and policies.
7. Links to external services
The website contains links to services including Amazon, TikTok Shop, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Simply viewing the FANGO.ONE website does not automatically log the user into those services through FANGO.ONE.
After clicking a link, the user moves to an external service that may process personal data under its own rules.

You may also contact the data protection authority in the country of your habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement.
13. Automated decision-making
As part of the operation of the FANGO.ONE website, we do not make decisions concerning users based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects or similarly significantly affect them.
